In partnership with the City of Poughkeepsie and Scenic Hudson, the Alliance resurrected a decades old plan to connect the waterfront between Kaal Rock Park and the southern waterfront. With input from the public, a design plan by Chazen Company was developed and submitted to NYS for approval. The project concept won a National Design Award, however, the project is currently on hold pending various state and regulatory approvals.
